Zach Toal, a redshirt freshman, pulled the Tigers within six with a 10-4 decision over Conrad Polz. Toal scored takedowns in each of the first two periods before going off in the third, as he picked up another pair of takedowns and an escape to go along with his riding time point.
Junior Dorian Henderson secured the only bonus points of the evening, as he took down Tony Dallago four times to go with a nearfall as he coasted to a 13-5 victory.
Fellow junior Dom Bradley closed out the evening with a 3-0 victory over Patrick Walker. After a scoreless first, Bradley escaped in the second after choosing down, and took Walker down 47 seconds into the third period.
The Tigers will return to action tomorrow with the Central Missouri University Open, beginning at 9 a.m. Mizzou will host a quad meet next Sunday, Nov. 21, beginning at 1 p.m. at the Hearnes Center.
