- With 75 yards of rushing, tailback Derrick Washington improved his 2009 individual game high in rushing by 52 yards, aided in part by his 42 yard run in the fourth quarter that set Missouri up for its third touchdown of the game. Perry also improved on his career high in rushing, topping the 52 yard mark he set in 2008 against Big 12 foe Oklahoma State.
- The Tigers managed their longest scoring drive (yardage) of the campaign with their 97 yard, 11 play drive in the fourth quarter. The play started on the three yard line, six seconds into the fourth quarter on a fumble recovery by defensive end Brian Coulter, his first fumble recovery of the year.
- Not to be outdone by his teammate Danario Alexander, Jared Perry moved into Missouri's career touchdown reception list with his 12th TD reception, scoring on a four yard pass from Gabbert.
- Quarterback Blaine Gabbert wrapped up the game with 414 yards passing, improving on his previous career high of 319 set in Missouri's season opener against Illinois.
