Mizzou Finishes Ninth at Canes & Cardinal Classic

MIAMI LAKES, Fla. - Mizzou Women's Golf finished in ninth place at the Canes & Cardinal Classic in Miami. After Monday's second round was suspended on Monday, it was completed on Tuesday followed by the final round.

The Tigers had a three-round total of 897, carding rounds of 306 and 300 before finishing with their best round of the weekend with a 291 in round three.

Sophomore Julia Potter tied for 13th place with a 54-hole score of 221, which included a four-under-par 68 in the final round.

Junior Chelsea Schriewer tied for 18th place with a final total of 223, while senior Madde Augustsson tied for 25th spot with a three-round score of 225.

Sophomore Michelle Morgan took 37th place after a 228 score for three rounds and redshirt freshman Madison Marcolla had a final total of 253 to finish in a tie for 74th place.
