Men's Golf Takes 14th at Inverness Intercollegiate

TOLEDO, Ohio - - The Mizzou men's golf team turned in a final round 306 on Tuesday at the Inverness Intercollegiate and finished in 14th place with a three-round score of 908.
Florida State won the tournament with an 862 score for the three rounds.
Leading the way for Mizzou was Bud Reynolds, who carded the Tigers' best round of the day with a 75, giving him a 54-hole total of 223, which tied for 28th place. Junior Peter Malnati shot a 76 on Tuesday and finished in a tie for 36th place with a 225 total for the tournament.
Freshman Will Harrold finished with a 231 total and in a tie for 63rd, while junior Ryne Fisher tied for 69th with a 233 score and freshman Tyler Hillis tied for 71st spot with a 234 total.
Next up for the Tigers will be the Wolf Run Intercollegiate Sept. 22-23 in Zionsville, Ind.
