Mizzou Finishes Seventh at the Price's Give `em Five

LAS CRUCES, N.M. - - The University of Missouri women's golf team finished in seventh place at the Price's Give'em Five Intercollegiate in Las Cruces, N.M. The Tigers recorded a final round 305 on Wednesday after rounds of 298 and 310 to open the tournament.
Sophomore Julia Potter recorded her third-consecutive top-five finish, tying for fourth place with a 54-hole score of 913. She carded her second-straight round of 75 on Wednesday and finished just three shots behind tournament medalist Chelsea Stelzmiller from UC Davis.
Sophomore Michelle Morgan placed in a tie for 19th spot with a 228 final total after a final round 80. Junior Chelsea Schriewer shot a 78 on Tuesday and finished with a three-round score of 233, which put her in a tie for 38th place.
Redshirt Freshman Madison Marcolla turned in the best round of the day for the Tigers, with a one-over-par 73. She finished in a tie for 49th place with a 235 final total. Senior Madde Augustsson shot 79 on Tuesday and finished tied for 54th spot.
Competing as an individual, redshirt freshman Lindsey Haupt carded an 83 in the final round and placed in a tie for 62nd place.
Next up for Missouri is the Las Vegas Collegiate, which will be played Oct. 29-31.
