
Morgan, Mizzou Lead at Price's Give'em Five

LAS CRUCES, N.M. - - The University of Missouri women's golf team leads after one round of play at the Price's Give'em Five Intercollegiate in Las Cruces, N.M. The Tigers carded an opening round 298 and lead Oklahoma and UC Davis by two shots.
MU sophomore Michelle Morgan shot a three-under-par 69 and leads in the individual competition. The round of 69 for Morgan is a career best.
Three shots behind Morgan is fellow sophomore, Julia Potter. Potter's even-round 72 places her in a tie for third place. Junior Chelsea Schriewer is tied for 75th spot after recording a 77 on Monday, while senior Madde Augustsson carded an 80 and sophomore Madison Marcolla shot an 82.
Sophomore Lindsey Haupt is competing as an individual in the event and is tied for 42nd place after an opening round 78 on Monday.
The second round of the Price's Give'em Five Intercollegiate will be played on Tuesday with the final round scheduled for Wednesday.
