Each Tuesday, a Missouri wrestler or coach will demonstrate one of his favorite moves to use in competition while explaining the step-by-step process. Each week's move will remain on line throughout the entire wrestling season so if you miss a week, there's no problem going back and finding it!
Fans interested in viewing the Move of the Week should visit the wrestling section of the Missouri website and click on the link on the right-hand side of the page that says Move of the Week (Video). Upon your first time visiting, you will be asked to provide an email and password. While you need to fill in the information, no credit card or payment is necessary. The login is simply to allow access to the video and is a one-time sign up process.
