Columbia, Mo. - Inclement weather caused most of the matches on the third day of the Mizzou Mock Duals to be cancelled. It rained Sunday morning in Columbia, so the four outdoor courts were still too wet at 9 a.m. to play the doubles round.
Tiger Head Coach Blake Starkey said Illinois State and Iowa State would play one round of singles action on the indoor courts Sunday morning because they have the furthest to travel. Saint Louis and Missouri will not play on Sunday.
Missouri won 18 singles and doubles matches Friday and Saturday. The Tigers will leave Tuesday for Tulsa, Okla., to compete in the ITA Central Championships, which run from Oct. 18-22nd.
