MEET INFORMATION
Rosters:
ALL ROSTERS MUST BE SUBMITTED ONLINE.
1. Go to www.mutigers.com
2. Click on Cross Country
3. Click on the meet's date, go to "Sign-Up!"
4. Follow the Instructions for meet entries
5. ONLY ROSTERS ARE NECESSARY - Identifying races and/or times are
not necessary. Please note that high schools may only run 7 runners in the
varsity race.
6. Save your roster by clicking on the "Save Entries" Icon at the bottom of
your rosters. DO NOT click on the "Declare List" Icon until you are done
with any possible changes. Once you Declare your rosters it will be
assumed your rosters are complete are no further changes can be made.
7. Print a hard copy for your records.
8. Entries to your rosters may begin any time prior to midnight Wednesday,
September 6th.
9. Changes to your rosters can be made through midnight Wednesday,
September 6th.
10. Rosters MUST BE DECLARED PRIOR TO MIDNIGHT Wednesday,
September 6th.
Meet Notes:
1. Parking is available for cars and vans in the Walton Stadium Parking Lot.
2. NO PARKING IS PERMITTED ON CARRIE FRANKE DR.
3. All team buses will enter Carrie Frankie Dr. off of Stadium Blvd. and follow the road to the top of the hill near the administrative tent area to UNLOAD. The buses are then to proceed down the hill and park in the area known as Reactor Field.
4. The course will be closed until 7:00 a.m. Anyone found on the course before 7:00 a.m. will not be allowed to race!
5. PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE GOLF PRO-SHOP/CLUBHOUSE FOR ANY REASON!!
6. Please remind your athletes to STAY OFF THE GREENS!
7. Restrooms will be available in Walton Stadium in addition to Port-a-Pots located in the
Walton Stadium parking lot.
Packet Information:
Packets will be available at 7:00 a.m. race day in the administration tent, which will be located across from Walton Stadium. Any unpaid entry fees or confirmation of payment are due at packet pickup.
Entry Fees:
$50 per school for Men
$50 per school for Women
$100 maximum per school
(Less than a full team - 7 runners - $10 per runner)
Awards:
High School:
- Top 3 varsity teams will be awarded
- Top 25 individuals in the varsity races will be awarded
- Top 25 individuals in the j.v. and freshmen races will be awarded
College:
- Top 5 individuals will be awarded
