`Tigers in Training' Youth Event Set for April 23

Columbia, Mo. - Missouri Children's Hospital and the University of Missouri Athletic Department will be hosting the first annual "Tigers in Training" on Saturday, April 23 starting at 11 a.m., to benefit Mid-Missouri children of all walks of life. This event is designed to promote good health and physical activity for our youth and is FREE of charge!

"Tigers in Training" will feature activities including the Tiger Belly Bounce, Adrenaline Rush, Bungee Run, the Hoop Shoot and a Physical Fitness Challenge given by MU Athletics Strength & Conditioning staff.

Come out to the Dan Devine Pavilion and meet your Tiger student-athletes and get a chance to shoot hoops with Kevin Young, volley with Lindsey Hunter, toss a football with Josh Barbo and David Overstreet, and play soccer with Laura Buehrig and Lauren Grice!
