Tiger Rankings
The Missouri Tigers jump into the top 20 this week as the #19 ranked team in the nation. Due to an error on the GymInfo website, scores from the Tigers' recent Cat Classic victory are not included in the current national standings available online.

Updating Mizzou's proper Regional Qualifying Score with the Tigers' Cat Classic marks, Missouri owns a 194.499 RQS that would place the team 19th nationally and fifth in the South Central Region.

For further information on Mizzou's updated and correct Regional Qualifying Scores, please contact the Mizzou Athletic Media Relations Office at (573) 882-2531.

RQS Rankings
Regional Qualifying scores are calculated using a team's top three away and top three home scores. Of the six totals, the high is dropped and the five remaining scores are then averaged to find an RQS total.

Making the transition from event averages to RQS, fans may ask why some gymnasts have dropped off the rating charts. Utilizing the same calculations for individual rankings, only gymnasts owning three home and three away scores on each apparatus are included in the event rankings. As Mizzou continues to compete this season, fans can anticipate seeing additional Tigers in the rankings.
