On November 27, Jenny Duitsman made her final appearance at the Hearnes Center as the Tigers face Oklahoma. Duitsman, Mizzou's lone senior, has been a part of an NCAA Tournament team in each of her three previous seasons as a Tiger. MU has an impressive 83-37 record since Duitsman joined the team in 2001. During her career at Missouri, she has had a perfect 1.000 hitting percentage in three matches, including back-to-back matches earlier this season. Duitsman had a team-best .417 hitting percentage as a freshman and was second on the team with a .323 mark as a sophomore. In 16 games this season, she is hitting .519.
Q: What are your hobbies?
A: I love to watch movies and play German Mean Uno with Nicole.
Q: Describe yourself in one word.
A: Cheerful. (I love to make people laugh).
Q: What is the best piece of advice you ever received?
A: "The grass may be greener on the other side...but it still has to be mowed."
Q: What are your career goals?
A: I would love to work with children somehow, whether it be as a child psychology or working as a counselor. It is really wide open for me.

A: Princess Diana

Q: Name one thing you've always wanted to do but have not done.
A: Go up in a hot air balloon.
Q: Do you have any superstitions?
A: I like to sit in the same seat when we travel. I don't know if that is a superstition or if it just means I like to sit close to the exit of the plane!
Q: If you won a $1 million shopping spree, what would you buy?
A: A new car... one that doesn't have a dent in it.
