Rickey Paulding: On NCAA "We have to take our season one game at a time. We have to concentrate on practice now."

Randy Pulley: On point guard and leadership: "I feel no pressure. I am on a good team. The seniors are the leaders, they have been here, and I will feed off them.

Josh Kroenke: On being a senior: "I want to enjoy it, this is my last year. First practice- we want that level of intensity, especially being our last go around.

On experience: "We have guys from the #2 ranked team and that experience of a let down will help."

Kevin Young: On The Big Men "Linas- he's a hard worker; he's a big kid. Aj's the big man; we play against them everyday. It just makes us better. If these guys don't make you better, you've got some serious problems.

Linas Kleiza On playing for his country this summer: "I just love my country. It was great to come out of there with a silver medal. "

On the help from the seniors: "They've helped us grow, on and off the court. And they've really given me guidance."

Travon Bryant: On Playing Against the Big Guys: "With practicing against these guys everyday, the depth of our team will be greatly increased. Even in individual workouts, the level of effort has gone up tremendously.

On Linas: "He's not a big talker. He lets his game do his talking.

Jason Conley On playing with the seniors: "I know everyday I go out there and play with them, I get better. I feed off them, and I get the confidence I need to play at this level."

Jimmy McKinney On players to pass to: "We have the same group of guys, and we're going to stick with them until we see it's not working.

On senior leadership: "These guys have lead me and they've lead everyone. They'll continue to do that, and it really helped me and Jason."

Arthur Johnson On games he's looking forward to: "I'm looking forward to every game; I mean, this is my last year, so I have to."

On a new point guard: "He's come here to play ball and lead this team. And Randy's got the capabilities to do it. He'll be thrown I there, and I don't know how Randy will do, but we've got confidence in him."

Coach Quin Snyder On the off-season work "We have had guys that have worked hard this off-season."

On the depth "Depth is only as good as the chemistry with in it. Travon was the first guy to congratulate Linas on his choice to come here. Jason has not stopped talking about what he has learned from Rickey."
