Sept. 29, 2003
Columbia, Mo. - The University of Missouri football game against Nebraska in Columbia on Oct. 11th has been selected for a national cable telecast by Superstation TBS, and will kickoff at 6 p.m., as announced today by the Big 12 Conference.
It will mark the third time this season, and second time in as many games, that MU will play on television as part of the Big 12 television package. Mizzou opened the 2003 season on ABC against Illinois, and played last week at Kansas on Fox Sports Net.
Additionally, the MU Athletic Ticket Office announced today that less than 500 seats remain available for the Mizzou-Nebraska contest. Tickets can be ordered online at www.mutigers.com, in person at the Hearnes Center box office, or via phone by calling the ticket office at 1-800-CAT-PAWS (884-PAWS locally).
