The University of Missouri tennis team will head to the Lonestar state this weekend to take on Baylor on Saturday and Texas Tech on Sunday. The Tigers are currently ranked #43 in the country and the doubles duo of Urska Juric and Katka Sevcikova are ranked fourth in the nation.

The Tigers are riding a five-match wiining streak with their last lost coming against Purdue on February 9th. Last week Missouri beat Louisville 4-2 and conference foe Colorado 4-3. The Tigers currently stand at 8-1 and are 3-0 in conference play. Also last week Tiger junior Urska Juric was named Big 12 Player of the Week for her performances against the Cardinals and the Buffaloes, Juric won both of her singles matches and her doubles match. Along with the #4 ranking in doubles, Juric is ranked #27 in singles.

Baylor stands at 2-0 in conference play and 3-6 overall while Texas Tech is 1-2 in conference play and 1-4 overall. After the Texas road trip the Tigers head home to face archrival Kansas on March 12 at the Green Tennis Center.
