On the docket...
No. 23 ranked Mizzou gymnastics embarks on a three-meet travel stint beginning with Iowa State in Ames, Iowa. The Tigers face the Cyclones on Fri., March 7 at 7:00 p.m. Missouri then travels to Arkansas where the Tigers will take-on the Razorbacks for the second time in 2003 on Fri., March 14 at 7:00 p.m. Mizzou rounds out the three-week road rally at Brigham Young on Fri., March 21 at 7:00 p.m., in Provo, Utah.
The Mizzou gymnastics program sums up the season hosting both the Big 12 Championship and NCAA South Central Regional meets. The Tigers welcome some of the top-ranked teams in the nation promising some exciting competition.
Big 12 action kicks off on Sat., March 29 at 7:00 p.m., when the Tigers host nationally recognized Oklahoma, Nebraska and Iowa State. Participants in the NCAA Regional will be announced following regular season competition.

Marking up Mizzou
* Continuing to pounce the competition, the Tigers continue to score top marks with a 195.925 Corvette Cup victory ... the mark is MU's second-highest all-time team score and sets a new standard in the Cup record books ... on its way to the podium, Missouri also scored the team's highest all-time vault total with a 49.200 tally and set the program's second-highest floor score posting a 49.325.
* Adding to their season feats, the Tigers have recorded four of the program's top-10 team scores during the 2003 season, including the three-highest Mizzou marks ... Missouri also boasts three of the top-10 event totals on each competitive apparatus, including program records on the vault and beam.
* Mizzou won the 23rd Annual Cat Classic title setting three meet records including the all-time vault and balance beam scores ... Mizzou posted a 49.150 collective on both events to set the records and topped the evening scoring a 195.875 to post the highest team score in the meet's prestigious history ... the Tigers also scored the third-highest team total in Mizzou program history.
* Missouri has defeated three ranked opponents during the 2003 season topping then No. 18 Iowa State, No. 10 Arizona and No. 20 Brigham Young.
* The Tigers recorded their first Big 12 victory in six years defeating the Iowa State Cyclones 192.575-192.000. It is the first time Missouri had earned a victory over ISU since 1995.
