COLUMBIA, Mo. - The University of Missouri women's basketball game against Colorado this Sunday, Feb. 2, has been designated as the annual "Head to the Hearnes" ticket promotion. The Tigers will attempt to sell out the Hearnes Center at 2 p.m. that afternoon in front of a national television audience and break the school's all-time women's basketball attendance record of 10,321 fans set last year against Kansas.
Tickets are on sale for just $1, and may be bought through the athletic ticket office or by calling 1-800-CAT-PAWS (573-884-PAWS in Mid-Missouri).
In addition, fans who are unable to attend the game but would like to support the "Head to the Hearnes" promotion may order tickets to donate back to the athletic department for use by local youth organizations.
Sunday afternoon's game will be seen by more than 21 million cable subscribers across the country on several FOX Sports Net regional outlets. Here is where you can see the game:
