Ohlsson Finishes Tied for 27th at NCAA Central Regional

Missouri junior Elin Ohlsson finished in a tie for 27th place out of 108 golfers at the NCAA Central Regional Golf Championships at the Forest Acers West Golf Course in East Lansing, Mich. Ohlsson shot a three-over par round of 75 in Saturday's final round to finish the tournament with a three-round total of 234.
Ohlsson started her third round on the back nine, recording a 38 on that side. She then recorded a 37 on the front nine for the 75 total. She had two birdies on her first nine holes and then added another on her second nine.
The 27th place finish for Ohlsson is the best finish for a MU women's golfer at an NCAA Regional since Letitia Moses finished in a tie for 25th in the 1997 NCAA East Regional.
