Tigers to Play Black & Gold game, Fall World Series

COLUMBIA, Mo. - The University of Missouri baseball team will open its session of fall games this Friday with the Black and Gold game. The game will be played at Taylor Stadium/Simmons Field and start at 6:30 p.m.

The Black and Gold game is part of the fall practice session. Following Friday's game, Missouri will hold four practices before concluding the fall session with its Fall World Series.

Missouri will open its Fall World Series on October 18th. Here is a list of those dates:
Oct. 18 - 6:30 p.m.
Oct. 19 - 4 p.m.
Oct. 21 - 2 p.m.
Oct. 23 - 6:30 p.m.
Oct. 24 - 6:30 p.m.

The Fall World Series will conclude Missouri's fall practice session. The session lasted for 30 days and had 15 intrasquad games scheduled in addition to the above contests.

There will not be a charge for admission for any of the games.
