Missouri To Play Saint Louis, Texas

Columbia, Mo. -- The University of Missouri baseball team (20-14-1, 7-11 Big 12) will play Saint Louis University (15-17) Tuesday at T.R. Hughes Ballpark in O'Fallon, Mo., before returning to Big 12 Conference play with a weekend series against the University of Texas (26-14, 13-5 Big 12) in Austin.

Texas is ranked 20th in this week's Collegiate Baseball poll. The Longhorns are also ranked 24th by Baseball America and 25th in both the Baseball Weekly/ESPN Coaches and National Collegiate Baseball Writers polls.

Upcoming Schedule: Missouri's upcoming action is as follows:
*Tuesday, 7:05 p.m. - Saint Louis - T.R. Hughes Ballpark, O'Fallon, Mo.
This contest will be played with wood bats.
*Friday, 6:30 p.m. - Texas - Disch/Falk Field, Austin, Texas
*Saturday, 2 p.m. - Texas - Disch/Falk Field, Austin, Texas
*Sunday, 1 p.m. - Texas - Disch/Falk Field, Austin, Texas

The Missouri/Saint Louis contest, also known as the second annual College Baseball Classic, is played at the home of the Frontier League's River City Rascals. Rawlings Sporting Goods provides the wood bats for both teams.
