COLUMBIA, Mo. (AP) - Wesley Stokes scored 13 of his 19 points in the second half and Arthur Johnson added 17 for Missouri as the Tigers led from start to finish and beat Colorado 80-69 Wednesday night.
Brian Grawer, 3-of-7 from 3-point range, tied Jason Sutherland's school record with his 190th career 3-pointer. Grawer, who went 8-13 from 3-point range in Missouri's loss last weekend to Iowa State, ended the night with 15 points.
Jamahl Mosley had 17 points to lead Colorado (15-10, 5-7 Big 12), and D.J. Harrison added 15 and Stephane Pelle had 14.
Jose Winston, called for a contact technical foul with 42 seconds left after officials looked at a replay of a scrum under the Colorado basket, had five assists and five turnovers for the Buffs.
The win was Missouri's fifth straight over the Buffs and runs coach Quin Snyder's record against Colorado to a perfect 4-0 in his first two seasons in Columbia. Missouri is now a perfect 12-0 at home this season.
Clarence Gilbert, who entered the game as the fourth-leading scorer in the Big 12 with a 17-point average, returned from an indefinite suspension that ended up lasting just one game to score eight points for Missouri.
The Buffs, who lead the league in road wins, had won their last three away from home.
The closest Colorado came was in the first half, when Nick Mohr's 3-pointer at the end of a 10-3 run tied the game 19-19 with 6:40 left. The Tigers retook the lead about a minute later, when Johnson slammed home an offensive rebound, and Missouri led the rest of the way.
