Columbia, Mo. - University of Missouri freshman guard Rickey Paulding has been named as one of the nation's top incoming rookies in college basketball, according to Fox Sports.

The 6-foot-5 Detroit, Mich. native is predicted to make a major impact, according to Frank Burlison of Fox Sports. Here's what Burlison has to say about Paulding:
