The Missouri Tigers fell to the Iowa State Cyclones 8-1, in the final regular season match of the 2000 season.

Freshman Kristina Olshanskaya was the only winner for Missouri, taking Noortje Cornelissen in two sets 7-6(4), 6-3. It was the first time Olshanskaya played at No. 1 since February 13.
