In tennis action today at the MU Outdoor Tennis Complex, the Tigers (4-12, 1-8) fell to the Oklahoma State Cowgirls (10-3, 3-3), 8-1. Sophomore Caitlin Thompson had the lone win for Missouri with a three-set win over OSU's Cameron Stoudt. The match was Thompson's first since Kansas State on March 13.
Junior Andrea Friedman did not play in a singles match due to a sore wrist. Senior Jelena Kocergin rolled her ankle in the second set of her singles match, but was able to finish out the match.
Missouri will host its final home match of the season this Sunday, April 9 at 10 a.m. The Tigers will take on Oklahoma in the first of two dual matches remaining in the 2000 regular season.
