University of Missouri junior forward JEFF HAFER has a thigh bruise on his left leg which might keep him out of Wednesday's game against Texas Tech.

Hafer missed practice on Monday, as the Tigers, 15-4 overall and 6-2 in Big 12 Conference play, began preparations for the Red Raiders (10-11, 2-6). He suffered the injury late in Saturday's win over Baylor, as he caught a knee as he was fighting through a screen. When he woke up Sunday, the leg was very painful and swelled up considerably.

Hafer got treatment Sunday and Monday, and will continue to do so in hopes of playing Wednesday night. He's listed as questionable for now, and will be day-to-day thereafter.
