Frequently Asked Questions

What is included in my space rental?

  • Details are outlined below each space if there are items included in the rental. If nothing is noted, the rental only includes the space and all other requests will need to be added on as a la carte items.

When can I access the space before my event?

  • Early access can be granted by your event planner upon request if available. Events requiring access the day before the reserveation may be subject to an additional charge. Reservations may be subject to an additional charge. Reservations do not guarantee early access for load in.

Can I have alcohol at my event?

  • Sodexo! Live holds the beer and liqour license in athletics spaces. Any alcohol served must be served by a Sodexo! Live bartender.

When can I expect my bill?

  • Billing is handled by the billing office at the University of Missouri. You can expect your bill within a month of the conculsion of your event. Bills can be paid via check or credit card.

General Info/Policies

  • Any use of athletic facilites is not confirmed until an executed facility use agreement is in place
  • A certificate of insurance must be provided with the coverages outlined in the facility use agreement, and "The Curators of the University of Missouri" must be listed as additional insured
  • Mizzou Athletics events that are moved or rescheduled reserve the right to reschedule any external event regardless of confirmation
  • Events are subject to required staffing determined by athletics staff
  • All events will incur a custodial fee

Cancellation Policy

To ensure proper planning and staffing, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • 30 days or more before the event: No cancellation fee
  • 20-29 days before the event: 10% cancellation fee
  • 10-19 days before the event: 20% cancellation fee
  • Less than 10 days before the event: 25% cancellation fee.

Cancellation fees are calculated based on the total contracted amount. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing
