• Bathroom countertop installation is underway inside the Rock M Club.

• Exterior progress continues with brick washing at Stair 4 and Area C.

• Final punch-list and incomplete work items are now being addressed throughout Area A.
• Turf installation is underway inside the Rock M.
• Team store casework is being delivered and installed throughout the coming week.

Week of May 18, 2026

• Crews will complete casework and floor polishing in Rock M Club on the field level and Levels 2 and 3 next week.
• Masonry work is set to begin on the black block installation inside the team store.
• Installation of Rulon ceilings on Level 3B continues to progress in the stands and suite areas.
• Wiring work for seating power on Level 2A is ongoing.
• Commissioning (Cx) work is beginning on the Level 3B ribbon boards.
• High roof coping and Level 0 railings are now being installed across the project.
• Teams are beginning to address final incomplete work lists on Levels 2A and 3A as preparations continue for game day readiness.

Week of May 11, 2026

• Major systems are coming online, with Elevator 5 set to open early next week, Air Handling Unit (AHU) 1 delivering conditioned air and temporary site power removed.
• Level 1.5 work continues with startup of Air Handling Unit (AHU) 8 and testing, adjusting and balancing (TAB) underway for units 5 and 7.
• Key interior finishes are progressing, including completion of the Level 3B ribbon board and Tiger Den ceiling.
• Additional finish work is advancing across the project, including installation of Rock M turf, limestone panels, ticketing-area masonry, and Level 2C carpet tiles.

Week of May 4, 2026

• On May 6, the project team conducted a one-hour lunchtime safety session focused on fall prevention.
• As Piros completes the ribbon board installation in Area C, crews are reinforcing proper lift tie-off procedures before upcoming elevated work begins.
• These safety checks are especially important ahead of DSI and J&J beginning limestone column wrap installation next week.
• Hawkins continues to implement leading-edge protection and proper benching procedures along retaining walls to maintain safe working conditions.

Week of April 20, 2026

• Team Store finish work is wrapping up, with glass installation set to begin in the Rock M area next.
• The east tower crane is scheduled to be fully dismantled by the end of the weekend.
• On Level 2, installation of the precast drink rail and glass is progressing west to east, followed closely by stadium seating installation.
• Exterior work on the west side continues with forming and pouring of curb and gutter.

Week of April 13, 2026

• Area A videoboard installation is nearing completion, with fiber installation scheduled to begin next week.
• All field-level caps are complete and ready for final cleaning.
• Epoxy resinous flooring is finished in the 1A restrooms and concessions, with work resuming in the Rock M area on Monday.
• An assist crane will be mobilized starting April 23 to dismantle the east tower crane.
• One of the final two slab-on-grade concrete pours will begin Monday in the Level 1C concourse.

Week of April 6, 2026

• Area B slab on grade is complete, and the contractor is preparing for the handoff of Area C.
• Installation of Stair 1 handrails has begun on Level 1 and is progressing up to Level 3.
• Epoxy resinous flooring is finished in the 2B kitchen and has started in Level 1 concessions.
• Exterior masonry work continues along the east side toward Stair 4, with construction beginning on the team store curtain wall.
• Air Handling Unit 5 is now operational; with chilled water online, it is providing conditioned air to cool the west suites for interior finishes.

Week of March 30, 2026

• Ticketing and Team Store brick column work is nearing completion; transition to limestone columns is next.
• Level 1B slab on grade is complete and ongoing forming/pouring continues into Area C.
• 3B diamond rough-in work is progressing, moving west to east.
• Installation of backing for wood-look panels and light fixtures is underway.
• Rock M stone elements continue to be set, with rooftop turf installation to follow shortly.
• North side scoreboard feature: Mizzou Tiger detail scheduled for completion by end of week.

Week of March 23, 2026

• Field-level glass fiber–reinforced concrete masonry units and west-side on-grade stadium concrete masonry units completed.
• Final east stadium seating tier concrete pour underway, marking the start of the last stadium structure above the concourse.
• Reinforcing steel in place and concrete being poured for the first slab in Area B along the rock mass.
• Level 3B diamond areas have finished framing, allowing mechanical, electrical and plumbing rough-ins to begin.
• Chilled water system has passed all pressure tests and inspections.

Week of March 2, 2026

• Area B exterior columns framed out and receiving DensGlass/AVB.
• Stair 3 is 75 percent complete with face brick.
• East cast in place stadia made a couple of concrete pours.
• Level 2 Kitchen has a walk-in cooler installed as well as a main kitchen hood.
• Field Level Loge concrete masonry unit is 75 percent complete.

Week of February 23, 2026

• Favorable weather accelerated progress across multiple areas of the project.
• Slab on Grade (SOG) was poured in the L1A Concourse.
• Installed metal louver panels at the Ticketing area.
• Significant masonry progress completed on Stair 3.
• Poured the floor and walls for new Steam Manhole 733.
• Completed underground storm line installation up to Area A7.
• Interior progress included:
  • Continued tile installation in the L2B suites.
  • Installation of bathroom vanity tops closely following tile work.
  • Completion of L2B high-ceiling dryfall, allowing diamond framing to move forward.
  • L2C drywall fully sanded and paint application now underway throughout the area.

Week of February 16, 2026

• Metal panels continue to go up on the west and north of Area A.
• Underground storm drains are being installed.
• Area C high roof is in progress.
• Red brick has been installed almost everywhere on field level and field suite concrete masonry unit dividing walls are going up.

Week of February 2, 2026

• West concessions face brick is now complete and will transition to slab-on-grade installation later this month for a clean finished look.
• Level 1 East concessions block is on track to be completed next week.
• Favorable weather has allowed roofing on the East 1.5 roof, with completion targeted for Feb. 9.
• Most West Level 2 suite tile floors and bathrooms are installed, with bathroom wall construction beginning next week.
• Casework installation is off to a strong start, with five Level 2 suites already completed.

Week of January 26, 2026

• Northeast precast completed and exterior Team Store framing continued.
• Masonry got a big jump on the west concourse concessions decorative face brick, which will open the way for concourse slab on grade to follow in a few weeks.
• Ceramic tile is complete in the Level 2A bathrooms, and the suites are next in line.
• Rock M Club is getting drywall and will be complete in March.

Week of January 19, 2026

• Completed brick at Stair 1 and placed half of the east elevation precast.
• Curb for the Rock M poured.
• Drywall underway in Level 2 and Level 3 Areas B and C.
• Area A suites receiving paint, ceiling grid and light fixtures and will be followed up with casework and tile.

Week of December 29, 2025

• Exterior framing and DensGlass continues in Areas B & C.
• Rock M Club roof topping slab complete.
• Masonry on west louvers wrapped up, and Stair 1 beginning.
• After the New Year holiday, two medium voltage transformers and permanent generator will be placed, which will allow permanent power in late March.

Week of December 15, 2025

• Advanced Stair 2 masonry and louver wall construction.
• Prepared the site for Transformer Yard concrete.
• Completed framing, DensGlass and AVB in record time, allowing precast installation to start and finish the same day.
• Nearly completed Rock M Club framing, with MEP rough-in progressing immediately behind.
• CSI poured the final concrete tier for west bowl seating.
• Finished Rock M roof waterproofing.

Week of December 1, 2025

• Structure slab on Rock M roof poured.
• Waterproofing nearly complete in Rock M Club area.
• Framing/MEP/drywall topout below helped by Rock M structure slab completion.
• Curtain wall on the north elevation in progress.

Week of November 17, 2025

• Air handling units are in the building, face brick on Stair 2 began, West Concourse bathroom carriers started, drywall finishing in Level 2 Suites underway.
• Area B high roof is over 50 percent complete.
• ESS working on final utility connections.
• Preparations being made for a couple of retaining walls in the northeast corner.

Week of November 3, 2025

• Rock M Club roof steel completed.
• Rock M Club roof decking finished after Texas A&M game.
• Concrete poured in east concessions and bathrooms.
• Drywall in Level 2 suites started, along with dryfall paint in the west concourse and west bathroom clusters.

Week of October 27, 2025

• Rock M Club slab on grade poured, which allows the start of columns and roof steel.
• Area C Concourse has been fine-graded and will receive concrete soon.
• Area A high roof is well over halfway complete.
• Precast in North Area A is complete, outside of Stair 1.

Week of October 20, 2025

• Began architectural precast on Stair 2.
• Framing, drywall top-out and MEP rough-in occuring on every floor.
• Stair 1 roofing complete, with roofing on Area A above the west Tiger Dens to follow.
• Rock M Club slab on grade pour will kick off roof steel and decking.

Week of October 13, 2025

• Enclosure of the structure before winter continues with DensGlass, waterproofing, roofing and bi-fold doors.
• Retaining wall at field level poured.
• Team Store slab on metal deck poured.
• Another slab on grade pour for concessions and bathrooms upcoming, as is the SOG pour for the Rock M Club.

Week of October 6, 2025

• Concrete masonry starting in Tiger Dens.
• West electrical rooms showing progress with cans and conduit hanging.
• Air and vapor barrier being installed, which will allow precast and masonry to follow.
• Holding tank for drain tile surrounding the elevator pit being excavated.

Week of September 29, 2025

• East tower crane all but complete.
• Level 1.5 slab on metal deck poured, as well as the remaining bridge walkway connecting west to east.
• Soft start on lower roof in Area A.
• Underground plumbing in the west concourse and Rock M Club moving along.

Week of September 22, 2025

• Final beam put in place in "Topping Off" ceremony.
• Decking on all levels is essentially complete.
• Slab on metal deck pours scheduled.
• DensGlass is in place in the front of Area A, with precast and masonry set for October.
• West bowl seating is starting to take shape, with the subgrade being prepped for concrete pours.

Week of September 8, 2025

• Exterior framing on the north side is making significant progress.
• Level 2A top-out drywall is mostly complete with a jump on bifold door frames.
• Only two wall pours remaining on the Rock M Club.
• Temporary roofing is about to be installed so drywall work can begin in the electrical rooms.

Week of August 18, 2025

• Stair core concrete walls are now complete.
• Steel erection has resumed on the final third of the building along the east side of the north concourse.
• Concrete has been placed for the Level 1 ticketing space slab on grade, as well as the treads for Stair 1.
• Upcoming work this weekend includes pours for the Level 3A topping slab, the Northeast Rock M wall and GB-8.
• Exterior framing continues on both the north and south sides of the project.
• Interior framing and top-out work are progressing steadily.
• Level 1 masonry is advancing quickly and is expected to be completed within the next few weeks.

Week of August 11, 2025

• PH1 steam tunnel completed and backfilled.
• Began final tall wall pour on the stair core excavation, with only the tunnel lid left to be completed.
• Rebar mats began on the north Rock M Club wall, since waterproofing was completed early in the week.
• Walls on level two started to be topped out.

August 11, 2025

• On Monday, August 11, Mizzou Director of Athletics Laird Veatch and Mizzou's Senior Leadership Team visited the construction site to view the progress of the project and visit with members of the construction team. 

Week of August 4, 2025

• Level 1 concrete masonary unit block and plumbing carriers continue to be installed.
• Overhead mechanical, engineering and plumbing and insulation of piping coordinated closely.
• Stair 2 is up and running, and Stair 1 is installed and ready for concrete.
• West tunnel walls are complete, and the last tall wall pour is scheduled.

Week of July 21, 2025

• Completed Level 3 Area B steel on metal deck pour.
• Completed first slab on grade pour in the west concessions and restroom area.
• Stair 2 has been installed and will receive concrete infill soon, allowing the temporary stairs to be dismantled.
• Preparing to revise logistics and delivery patterns when students return to campus and classes resume.

Week of July 7, 2025

• Forming and pouring underground stair core wells will allow construction to continue to the east.
• Ironworkers have been diligently working to meet CSI at Area C.
• Digging out of the Rock M Club is nearly complete.

Week of June 16, 2025

• Lots of steel work and concrete progress.
• Rock M Club earth removal continues to make significant strides.
• Decks have been poured on Level 2 Area A and Level 2 Area B.
• Footings began in the Stair Core, with waterproofing following closely behind.

• Ready for first slab on metal deck concrete pour.
• Continuing to break rock on the east side.
• Work continues excavating footing and elevator shafts in multiple places.
• Chilled water tie-in continues underneath Mick Deaver.

Week of May 26, 2025

• Asphalt has been placed over the sanitary bore pit in the South End Zone — a major milestone now completed.
• Steel work in Sequence 3 is now finished.
• Majority of Level 2 steel installation in Area B (Central area of north concourse) was completed.
• Ironworkers prepared for the precast stadia installation in Area B, scheduled for this week.
• K-Line wall footing was poured in Area C (East side of stadium), along with numerous grade beams and pier caps.
• Excavation for the earth retention system (ERS) continues to deepen — revealing a surprising amount of buried oak timbers.

Week of May 19, 2025

• Concrete poured in south tunnel entrance, with asphalt to follow.
• Steel decking is complete in Area A, with Level 2 decking well underway.
• Retaining walls on the west bowl seating area have been poured, and more will be taking shape in the coming weeks.

• Steel and decking exponentially changes daily with 20-25 ironworkers on site.
• Stair core, tunnel and Rock M Club continues to take shape.
• Tie-backs, lagging and H-piles continue to be added to help remove more of the old soil and rock to make way for new foundation walls.

Week of April 28, 2025

• Steel erection continued with crews averaging 65–70 pieces installed per day in the North End Zone.
• The long-awaited structure is now visibly taking shape, marking a major milestone in the project.
• Hayes Construction is focused on the east stair core and tunnel, installing H-piles, lagging and tie-backs as they dig deeper toward the bottom.
• The field-level club area progress has been smoother than expected, thanks to earlier rock removal during storm culvert installation.
• CSI crews have advanced with the construction of footings and walls, shaping the lower levels of the new addition.

• Crews completed all 98 deep foundations, marking a major milestone in the early phases of construction.
• Crews also installed the crane road and positioned it for use for this week’s first delivery of steel on site.
• Concrete Strategies finished all pier caps and footings through Construction Line 17, keeping the momentum strong.

Week of April 7, 2025

• The large red 200-ton crane was successfully removed from the site, opening up valuable space for continued construction.
• Deep pier work in Area B (middle portion of construction site) has been completed, while drilling in Area C (east side of construction site) is now approximately 50% finished.
• Crews are currently backfilling a portion of the access ramp to the field level in preparation for the installation of the final three 30-inch concrete slugs.
• The east tower crane has been actively supporting construction efforts by delivering rebar and assisting with the installation of the bore and jack machine in the north bore pit.
• The footing for the west tower crane has been poured, marking another key milestone in the project.
• Concrete Strategies also contributed to the week's progress by pouring several dozen cubic yards of concrete across the site.

Week of March 31, 2025

• Our Whiting-Turner construction crews have nearly completed pier caps in Area A, which is the west side of the construction site closer to Providence Road. 
• The elevator and steam entrance pit are both excavated and currently getting treated with concrete.
• This week, crews have been building a crane road and started excavation of the east stair core.
• On the site now, you’ll see a tower crane, a Liebherr 1300 crawler crane and a second foundation for another tower crane that’s due to arrive in July.
