Brad Loos returned to the University of Missouri Department of Athletics to serve as Senior Associate Athletics Director of Development for the Tiger Scholarship Fund, Mizzou Director of Athletics Laird Veatch announced June 2024.

Loos most recently spent the last year at the University of Memphis, where he served as Senior Associate Athletics Director and Chief Revenue Officer.

Loos originally joined the Tiger Scholarship Fund as a Major Gifts fundraiser after spending 15 years as a college basketball coach, including the final three at Mizzou. He served as a Mizzou men's basketball assistant coach from 2014-2017 and later as a development officer with the Tiger Scholarship Fund from 2017-2023.

In addition to three years in Columbia, Loos was on Kim Anderson's staff for 12 years at the University of Central Missouri, where he helped the Mules to an impressive 274-95 record and the 2014 NCAA Division II national title. He was instrumental in the program's success, which saw three NCAA Final Fours, six MIAA regular season championships, four MIAA tournament titles, and seven NCAA Tournament appearances.

The Clarksville, Tenn., native elected to stay home and play college basketball for his hometown Austin Peay Governors and his father, recently retired and nationally respected veteran Dave Loos. The younger Loos, a four-time Ohio Valley Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll member and three-time APSU basketball scholar-athlete, launched his coaching career at UCM as a graduate assistant and worked his way through the ranks to become the Mules' associate head coach in his final five seasons.

Brad and his wife, Jennifer, have three children, son Brady and daughters, Rhyan and Charli. The last two years, Mizzou Athletics has designated one home men's basketball contest as its #RallyForRhyan Game in order to raise funds in support of pediatric cancer research. The Loos' daughter, Rhyan, was diagnosed with stage-four neuroblastoma, a form of cancer that affects the adrenal gland, as a five-year-old and continues to undergo treatments nearly two years later. The first two #RallyForRhyan Games raised more than $100,000 for pediatric cancer research.
