• Competed in two open tournaments, going 5-0 including two bonus-point wins
• Recorded a fall (7:00) against Missouri Valley’s Kohner Gallagher at the Missouri Valley Open (Feb. 5)

REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE (2020-21)

REDSHIRT FRESHMAN (2019-20)

• Posted a 24-8 overall record while wrestling at 184 pounds during his redshirt freshman season
• Went 1-0 in dual action, defeating Central Missouri’s Dominique Hamilton, 4-0, Nov. 21
• Posted nine bonus-point wins with three technical falls, three major decision and three pins
• His three technical falls on the year were tied for sixth-most on the team
• Earned a third-place finish at 184 pounds at the Cougar Clash (Dec. 7), going 2-2 with one of his losses coming to teammate Canten Marriott (4-3)
• Won six of his final seven bouts of the season, and closed out his year by posting back-to-back pins at the Missouri Valley Open (Feb. 1)

REDSHIRT SEASON (2018-19)

• Wrestled his redshirt freshman year at both 184 and 197 pounds, and produced a 13-8 overall record with seven of his 13 wins earning bonus points
• Tallied three major decisions, one technical fall and three falls among his 13 wins
• Earned third place at 197 pounds at the Harold Nichols Cyclone Open, Nov. 3, in the freshman/sophomore division after going 3-1 with all three wins over Iowa State wrestlers…His only loss in the tournament came in a 3-2 decision against Northern Iowa’s Tyrell Gordon
• Took home top honors at 184 pounds at the Roger Denker Open, Jan. 20, after going 3-0 with a fall over Central Missouri’s Martin Brunnert 
• Earned third-place at the Missouri Valley Open, Feb. 2, in the 184-pound bracket, going 5-1 over six duals while adding a technical fall and a pin to his ledger
• 2018-19 First-Year SEC Academic Honor Roll

BEFORE MIZZOU

• Won back-to-back Kansas 5A state titles his junior and senior years of high school at 220 pounds
• Finished his senior season with a perfect record of 38-0, after going 45-1 his junior season
• Claimed first place at 220 pounds at the UWW Junior Western Regional Championships
