Junior (2011-2012): Began playing for Mizzou last season as a junior.. played in all but two games for the Tigers...grabbed 46 rebounds throughout the season, averaging 1.6 per game...shot .667 from the free throw line...recorded a career-high six points against Kansas State in only seven minutes of playing time and then improved her record as she netted eight points against Oklahoma.

Sophomore (Johnson County): Started all 72 games at Johnson County Community College ... team went 62-10 during that time ... part of JCCC teams that won two region and district titles along with two NJCAA Tournament appearances ... helped team achieve 32 wins and a fifth place finish at Nationals in 2010-2011 ... led team in scoring (12.8) and rebounding (9.2) during that time ...is the second player in Johnson County history to score more than 800 points and grab over 800 rebounds ... named 2010-2011 Academic Award Winner, MVP for Women's Basketball, and female JCCC Athlete of the Year ... also earned State Farm All-American, All Region VI, and All-East Jayhawk Conference honors and was twice the conference player of the week ...

High School: attended Blue Valley Northwest High School and earned 2011 Female Athlete of the year honors...named Academic MVP and Basketball MVP in 2011...earned a WBCA All American honorable mention...Cavalier Award recipient in 2010...high school team earned Regional Title in 2010 and 2011...team placed 5th at Nationals in 2011 and 2nd in their conference...Was a member of the National Honor Society and the Principal's Honor Roll.

Personal: Full name is Elizabeth Lee Smith...born on January 25, 1991 in U.A.E, Abu Dhabi...daughter of Leonard Smith III and Lily Smith...has two sisters, Angela and Kelsey...plans to study health sciences with plans to become a physical therapist.
