Cross Country- Ran in four competitions in his opening season with the Tigers... Placed 20that the Arkansas v. Missouri Dualwith a time of 21:33.4 (6600m)... At the Bradley Classic he set a personal best of the season in the 8000-meters, crossing in 26:07 to be the fourth Tiger finisher.

Indoor Track - Tyler started the season at the Missouri Opener, where he placed fourth in the mile with a PR of 4:29.54...He also competed in the 3000-meter run at the Badger Open, finishing second in 8:45.96.

Outdoor Track - Competed in two meets during the outdoor season, running 10:27.21 in the 3000-meter Steeplechase at the Missouri Relays, and 4:16.11 in the 1500-meter run at the Tom Botts Invitational.

2012-13

Cross Country- Redshirted the cross country season...Competed unattached at the Iowa State and Gary Stoner Invitationals...Finished 62nd at the Iowa State Invitational, navigating the 8000-meter course in 27:55...Finished the season at the Gary Stoner Invitational, taking 19th in 26:34.57

Indoor Track- Redshirted the indoor season...Competed unattached at the Missouri Invitational and Collegiate Challenge...Was 12th in the mile at the Missouri Invitational...Finished out the season with a fifth-place finish in the mile at the Missouri Collegiate Challenge.

Outdoor Track-Redshirted the outdoor season...Competed unattached in the 3000-meter Steeplechase and 1500-meters at the Missouri Relays, placing fourthin the Steeple with a final time of 9:34.07...Ran the Steeplechase at the Polytan Invitationl, finishing sixthin 9:31.63...Qualified for the USATF Junior Championships in the Steeplechase, taking 17th overall in 10:11.01.

Harlan...CROSS COUNTRY...Team made 13 consecutive appearances at the State Championships, including as runners-up and Semi-State Champions (2009)...They were Sectional, Regional, and Conference Champions (2008-09)...As an individual,Tyler was All-Semi State, taking thirdplace in 15:56.2, and Honorable Mention All-State (2011)...He was a two-time Footlocker Midwest Regional participant (2009, 2011), and a Nike Cross Midwest Regional participant (2009)...TRACK & FIELD...Team was Regional Champions (2010-11)...Tyler was a two-time State Qualifier in the 4x800-meter relay (2011, 2012), including a third-place finish in 7:47.61 (2012)...He was also chosen to compete for Team Indiana in the 4x800-meter relay at the Midwest Meet of Champions (2012).
