2011: Finished 11^th at the Saluki Early Bird 4K race on Sept. 2, clocking in at 13:06.9 ... Came in 20^th in the 8K race at the Missouri Cross Country Challenge on Sept. 10, posting a final time of 28:38.53 ... Finished 131^st at the Notre Dame Invitational on Sept. 30, logging a final five-mile score of 25:55 ... Took 151^st place in the 8K at the NCAA Pre-Nationals on Oct. 15, finishing in 26:14 ... Came in at No. 68 in the 8K race at the Big 12 Championships on Oct. 29 ... Named to the Academic All-Big 12 First Team.

2010: Opened the season with a second-place finish at the SIU Early Bird on Sept. 3, posting the Tigers' top time of the day at 19:48.60 ... Finished 67^th overall (second-best among Mizzou athletes) at the Greater Louisville Challenge on Oct. 2, clocking in at 24:48.46 ... Was the top Tiger harrier at the Bradley Classic Oct. 15 in Peoria, Ill., where he finished 13^th overall with a time of 24:39.00.

2009:

Competed at the Big 12 Championships for the Tigers and placed 95th overall on his home course with a time of 28:08.77 ... His season-best 8K time came at the Missouri Cross Country Challenge where he placed 15th with a time of 27:25.50 ... Clocked in at 27:03.00 at the Roy Griak Invitational to place 92nd overall ... Also ran at the SIU Early Bird where he clocked in at 19:40.60 on the 6K course, earning him fifth place overall ... Earned a spot on the Academic All-Big 12 team.

High School:
Two-time state cross country qualifier and 2007 MSHSAA District Champion...Conference champion in three events (800m,1600m, and 3200m) in 2008...MSHSAA Sectional Champion at 1600 meters his senior year...high school PRs-1600m, 4:25, 5000 m - 16:01.
