Outdoor: Ran a season's best 4:01.50 at 1500 meters at the Jefferson Cup dual at Virginia ... was 15th at the Kansas Relays at the distance.
Cross Country: Ran in three races during 2008 ... Placed third among Tigers and eighth overall at the SIU Early Bird ... Set a new 8k personal-best in each of his last two races ... Started with a 26:48 performance at the Roy Griak Invitational, good for 10th on the team and 153rd overall ... Followed that performance with a time of 26:21 at the Bradley Classic, placing him fourth on the team and 42nd overall.
Indoor: Placed ninth at the Big 12 Indoor with the DMR squad ... ran a season's best 4:20.11 in the Mile at the Iowa State Classic ... winner of the Missouri All- Comers 800-meter run.
2007:
Cross Country: Ran in two races in 2007 ... placed eighth overall at the Missouri Cross Country Challenge and sixth among Tiger runners ... also made an appearance at the Roy Griak Invitational. Outdoor: Had three top-10 finishes in the 1500m run, finishing as high as third with a time of 3:57.01 and ran a personal-best 3:53.80 at the Arizona State Invitational ... finished 19th at the Big 12 meet at 1500 meters ... took seventh as a member of the distance medley relay team at the Drake Relays ... ran career best 1:55.62 at 800 meters at the Arizona State Invitational. Indoor: Placed ninth at the Big 12 Indoor Championships at 1000 meters (2:29.85) ... was the runner up in the 800m at the Nebraska Wesleyan Invite with a time of 1:55.80 ... finished sixth in the mile at the Big 12-Mountain West Challenge.
2006:
Cross Country: Ran four races for the Tigers in his freshman campaign ... Began his career with a 13th place finish at the Missouri Cross Country Challenge on Sept. 9 ... Finished 88th in his first Big 12 Championship meet appearance. Outdoor: Ran in five races for the Tigers, capturing a season-best 4:00.68 at 1500 meters at the Missouri Relays. Indoor: Ran in five races for the Tigers, including two 4x400-meter races ... ran a season-best 1:58.13 at 800 meters at the Wildcat Invite.
2005:
Cross Country: Redshirt season.
