2018 OUTLOOK
Turned in a tremendous senior season, making plays all over the field from his weakside linebacker position … Made 74 tackles with 9.0 tackles for loss and a team-high 5.0 sacks … He also added his first career interception and a team-high seven QB hurries on the year … Posted a season-high 11 tackles on two separate occasions, first at South Carolina (10/6) with nine of those being solo stops, and then against Memphis (10/20) with eight solo tackles … Posted a season-high 3.0 tackles for loss at South Carolina (10/6) and had two more against Memphis (10/20) … Finished the year with 5.0 sacks with 1.0 coming against UT Martin (9/1), at South Carolina (10/6), vs. Memphis (10/20), vs. No. 16 Kentucky (10/27) and vs. Arkansas (11/23) … Tallied his first career interception in the Arkansas game as well, leading to a Mizzou touchdown on the ensuing possession … Had multiple QB hurries against Wyoming (9/8) and Memphis (10/20).
2017 SEASON
Took over a starting role at weakside linebacker, and was a big part of the defense leading the charge for Mizzou’s comeback season ... Finished the season with 85 tackles, ranking second on the team, while his 12.5 tackles for loss were also second-best on the defense ... Posted big back-to-back road games at Kentucky (10/7) and Georgia (10/14), where he had 12 tackles and 10 tackles, respectively, including a career-best 10 solo stops in Lexington ... Also added 2.5 tackles for loss at UK and a pass break-up in Mizzou’s near comeback win ... Had three double-digit tackle games in all, with the final one coming in a win over Florida, when he made 11 stops, including 1.5 tackles for loss and a pass breakup ... Tallied six tackles, two for a loss and one sack, against Missouri State (9/2) … Recorded six tackles, two for a loss, against South Carolina (9/9) … Tallied four tackles against Purdue (9/16) … Recorded eight tackles against Auburn (9/23) ... Emerged as one of the unquestioned leaders on the defense, and he was awarded at the end of the season with the team’s outstanding underclassman leadership award.
2016 SEASON
Played in 10 games, posting 20 tackles (12 solo) with 2.0 tackles for loss… Recorded a career-best five tackles in Mizzou’s season-opening contest against West Virginia (9/3) … Tallied three tackles in Mizzou’s victory over Eastern Michigan (9/10) ... Posted five tackles (one solo) at LSU (10/1) ... … Notched six tackles (four solo) against Vanderbilt (11/12), setting a new career-high for tackles … His previous high was five, set at West Virginia (9/3) … Recorded a solo tackle for a loss of two yards against Tennessee (11/19).
2015 SEASON
One of eight true freshmen to see the field in 2015, playing primarily on special teams … Totaled seven tackles on the year including a career-high three (two solo) at Georgia (10/17) … Had tackles against SEMO (9/5), South Carolina (10/3), at Vanderbilt (10/24) and at Arkansas (11/27).
