RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of on-campus recruiting visits for prospective student-athletes, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
• Serve as a key liaison between coaching staff, recruits, their families, and university departments to facilitate recruitment logistics.
• Organize official and unofficial campus visits, including campus tours, meetings with coaches and academic advisors, and player introductions.
• Oversee compliance with NCAA recruiting rules and university policies during all recruiting activities.
• Maintain and update recruiting databases, tracking prospects’ statuses, communications, and visit outcomes.
• Support recruiting staff in day-to-day operations and special projects to enhance overall recruiting efficiency.

FAMILY
• Her father, Ralph Jackson was a standout running back at Fayetteville State University from 1995 to 1998. During his collegiate career, he earned a spot in the university’s prestigious “1000-Yard Club,” highlighting his impressive rushing achievements on the field. Her brother, RJ Jackson, is a former wide receiver for the Campbell Camels.
