2017 OUTLOOK

2016 SEASON
Saw his playing time increase late in the season, earning starts in the final five games as his opportunities increased … Finished with 44 tackles (35 solo), including 6.0 tackles for loss and two pass break-ups … Tallied three tackles (all solo) against Delaware State (9/24) ... Snagged his first start of the season against Kentucky (10/29) … Recorded five solo tackles, including three for a loss … Posted a career-high 14 tackles (10 solo) at South Carolina (11/5) … Led the team in solo and total tackles at South Carolina … Two of the 14 tackles were for a loss, including a five-yard stop in the first quarter ... Notched three tackles (one solo) against Vanderbilt (11/12) … Led the Mizzou defense with 10 tackles against Tennessee (11/19) for his second game with double-digit tackles on the season … Made his fifth consecutive start in Mizzou’s win over Arkansas (11/25), contributing on defense with eight tackles (six solo), a tackle-for-loss and a pass break-up.
2015 SEASON
Played in all 12 games as a redshirt sophomore and was a valuable member of the team’s kick coverage unit … Tallied three tackles on the season … First stop came on a kickoff against Florida (Oct. 10) … Also had a stop against BYU (Nov. 14) and in the season finale at Arkansas (Nov. 27).
2014 SEASON
Played in 13 games for the Tigers in 2014 ... Made 19 tackles on the season (four solo, 15 assists), including 0.5 TFLs ... Opened the season with three tackles against South Dakota State and notched his first career TFL in the win ... Matched a career-high with four tackles against Georgia and at Florida (1 solo, 3 assists in each) ... Plays a big role on kickoff coverage unit, as he’s recorded three tackles as part of that duty.
2013 SEASON
Redshirted in his first season in the Mizzou program.

A top in-state defensive product for Mizzou, ranked No. 4 overall in Missouri’s class of 2013 by ESPN.com and No. 9 by Rivals.com ... a two-time Missouri Sportswriters and Sportscasters and Missouri Football Coaches Association first team All-State pick at linebacker after stellar junior and senior seasons for Rockwood Summit High School and head coach Mike Bellers ... totaled 79 tackles in only six games in 2012, also recording two interceptions ... set school-record for single-game tackles with 24 ... ranked third in the St. Louis Post-Dispatch’s “Super 30” list of area recruits ... considered the No. 45 inside linebacker in the country by Rivals.com ... represented Team USA at the IFAF World Championships with fellow signees Chase Abbington and Alec Abeln ... took first team all-conference and all-district honors as a senior ... had back-to-back seasons of more than 100 tackles as a sophomore and junior, notching 116 and 100, respectively.
PERSONAL
