2015 OUTLOOK
Speedy coverage defender who will enter fall camp at No. 3 at one of the two corner positions this season ... Adds plenty of speed and great cover skills to the Tiger secondary ... Spring notables: Tied for a team-high with six tackles (five solo) with a TFL in the spring game.
2014 SEASON
Played in seven games on the season, tallying five tackles (all unassisted) with a TFL ... Had a career-high four tackles at Toledo (Sept. 6) including a tackle for loss ... Also forced a fumble against Toledo.
2013 SEASON
Played in 12 games as a sophomore, picking up three tackles for the Tiger defense ... made a stop in the SEC Championship Game against Auburn ... had two stops and one tackle for loss in the opening-week 58-14 victory over Murray State (Aug. 31) ... Had a solid spring camp where he was named the team’s most improved defensive back by the coaches.
2012 SEASON
Did not see action in his redshirt freshman season ... changed his jersey to #3 in the spring, after wearing #19 in his first year with the program.
2011 SEASON

HIGH SCHOOL
Outstanding all-around athlete who excelled both on the gridiron and the track ... was well on his way to a stellar senior season, before suffering a season-ending knee injury five games into the campaign ... in his five games before the injury, he totaled 60 tackles at cornerback, two interceptions, four pass break ups, two forced fumbles and three tackles for loss ... was his team’s defensive player of the year despite the limited playing time, and also served as a team captain ... as a junior, had 20 tackles on defense, while adding 15 catches for 400 yards and seven touchdowns as a wide receiver ... as a track standout, won a national title in the 110-meter hurdles in the spring of 2010 at the Nike Track Nationals in Eugene, Ore., and was also an indoor All-American in the 60-meter hurdles and the pentathlon ... high school coach - Sam Parker.
