2015 SEASON
Provided quality depth in the secondary and on special teams during his senior season … Missed the season-opener with a hamstring injury, but played in 11 games while tallying nine tackles … Had a pair of tackles at Arkansas State (Sept. 12) and posted a season-high three stops at Kentucky (Sept. 26) … Also had a multi-tackle game vs. South Carolina (Oct. 3) with two … Had one tackle in back-to-back games at Georgia (Oct. 17) and Vanderbilt (Oct. 24).
2014 SEASON
Appeared in 11 games and made four tackles (two solo, two assists) ... Had a career-high two tackles at Texas A&M (Nov. 15) ... Also had tackles at Florida (Oct. 18) and at Toledo (Sept. 6) ... Had a pass break-up against Indiana ... Suffered a foot injury in practice the week leading to the SEC Championship Game, and had Lisfranc surgery the week after, missing the 2015 Citrus Bowl.
2013 SEASON
Made an appearance in all 14 games and recorded four total tackles (three solo) while on the field ... Was a big contributor on special teams, as he made three of his tackles on the kickoff coverage unit ... Received a significant increase in playing time, after only appearing in three games last season ... Spent the year as the No. 2 free safety on the depth chart, behind senior Matt White.
2012 SEASON
Got his first taste of collegiate playing time as a redshirt freshman, seeing action in three games on the season ... was credited with one tackle, in the season finale at Texas A&M ... also saw the field for action against Arizona State and at South Carolina, but recorded no statistics in those appearances.
2011 SEASON
Redshirt season.
HIGH SCHOOL
Was a two-time First-Team All-District performer at cornerback, where he ranked as the nation’s No. 48 prospect at the position by Rivals.com ... Rivals also has him rated as the No. 94 overall prospect out of the state of Texas at any position ... racked up 56 tackles and one interception as a senior in 2010, after totaling 50 tackles and two interceptions during his junior season ... high school coach - Randy Huffstickler.
PERSONAL
Parents - Keith Browning & Marie Proctor ... has an interest in studying business finance in MU’s School of Business ... lists hobbies outside of football as listening to music and playing video games ... chose Mizzou over TCU, Texas A&M and Kansas, among many others.
