Max Molz joined the University of Missouri football staff as Assistant Director of Operations in July 2019, and was promoted to associate director in February 2022. He is also a member of Mizzou Athletics’ Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee, which he joined in 2020.
He spent four seasons as a student manager with the St. Mary’s baseball team. In his role with the Gaels, Molz managed relationships and operational duties with external stakeholders on behalf of the baseball team while facilitating the flow of event operations on gameday and coordinating the arrival of the opposing team.
Molz is a 2018 graduate of St. Mary’s College, earning a bachelor’s degree in political science. He went on to complete a master’s degree in positive coaching and athletic administration at Missouri in December 2021.
