2015 SEASON
Played in all 12 games as a senior and earned the team’s Unsung Hero Award while also earning a spot on the All-SEC Community Service Award in 2015 … Totaled 26 tackles (11 solo) with one tackle-for-loss, a pass break-up, blocked punt and a safety … Opened the season with five tackles vs. SEMO (Sept. 5) … Added another tackle at Arkansas State (Sept. 12) … Possibly his best play of the year came against UConn as he broke through the line and blocked a punt that went through the back of the end zone for a safety, which wound up being huge points for Mizzou in a 9-7 win … Had a career-best eight tackles at Kentucky (Sept. 26) … Was hindered by a pair of hand injuries to each hand late in the season, at one point wearing casts on both hands, but did not miss a game … Tallied three tackles against Mississippi State (Nov. 5) … Had two stops vs. Tennessee (Nov. 21) and had one tackle with a half tackle-for-loss in the season finale at Arkansas (Nov. 27).
2014 SEASON
Appeared in all 14 games for the Tigers, tallying 18 tackles (6 solo, 12 assists) ... Also earned a pair of starts in 2014 ... 16 of his 18 tackles on the year came on running plays ... Also had one quarterback hurry on the season ... Had four of his six solo tackles in Mizzou’s win over UCF (Sept. 13) ... Had a career-high seven tackles against Georgia (3 solo, 4 assists) ... His QB hurry came against Kentucky (Nov. 1).
2013 SEASON
Made contributions throughout the year, as he appeared in nine total games … tallied one total tackle for the season, which came at Georgia (Oct. 12).
2012 SEASON
Saw limited action in reserve duty, and was credited with one tackle in his only appearance against Vanderbilt.
HIGH SCHOOL
Physical playmaker who was ranked as the nation’s No. 119 outside linebacker prospect by ESPN.com ... had his promising senior season cut short by a foot injury, but still won 2nd-Team All-County honors despite playing less than half the season ... emerged as a standout linebacker during a junior season that saw him total 131 tackles, 15 tackles for loss, 7.5 sacks, four fumble recoveries and two interceptions, and was named his team’s MVP while earning first-Team All-District honors ... high school coach - Dean Deatley.
PERSONAL
Parents - Clarence & Casandre Green ... is interested in studying business administration in MU’s renowned School of Business ... lists hobbies as playing basketball, watching sports television, hanging out with friends and listening to music ... chose Mizzou over Texas A&M, Texas Tech, Baylor, Houston, Kentucky and Tulsa, among others.
