2016 SEASON
Had an extremely productive junior season, finishing second on the team with 61 tackles (35 solo) while leading the team in tackles for loss (12.0), sacks (9.0) and QB hurries (10) … Also had a pair of forced fumbles, one fumble recovery and two pass break-ups … Ranks tied for seventh in Mizzou history with his 18.0 career sacks while his 34.5 career tackles for loss rank 11th in school history … His nine sacks in 2015 are tied for the ninth-most in a single season in program history as well … Preseason All-SEC Second Team and named to the Nagurski, Hendricks, Rotary Lombardi and Bednarik Award Watch Lists … Recorded two tackles in Mizzou’s season opener against West Virginia (9/3) … Recorded three tackles in Mizzou’s win over Eastern Michigan (9/10) … Had perhaps the best performance of his career in Mizzou’s SEC opener against Georgia, tallying seven total tackles and three sacks (9/17) with a tackles for loss ... Recorded one tackle in Mizzou’s win over Delaware State (9/23) … Registered six tackles in Mizzou’s SEC road opener against LSU … Tallied five tackles in Mizzou’s game against Florida (10/15) ... Tallied four tackles, including one for a loss, against Middle Tennessee (10/22) ... Posted seven tackles (four solo) against Kentucky (10/29) … Induced his first fumble of the season against Kentucky, which turned into a 12-yard gain for Mizzou … Recorded a season-high eight tackles at South Carolina (11/5), including two for a loss of 16 yards … Tied his season-high for solo tackles with four … Recorded 2.5 sacks against Vanderbilt (11/12) and nine tackles, tying his career-high … earned Defensive Lineman of the Week honors on Nov. 14 after dominant performance against Vanderbilt (11/12) … finished the game with a career-high nine tackles, 3.5 tackles for a loss, 2.5 sacks, a forced fumble and two QB hurries … tabbed six tackles, all solo, and two quarterback hurries against Tennessee (11/19) … contributed in Mizzou’s victory over Arkansas (11/25) with three tackles, two quarterback hurries and a pass break-up.
2015 SEASON
Earned Second Team All-SEC honors after leading the SEC in tackles for loss (18.5) and finishing with seven sacks in his first season as a starter … Started all 12 games at defensive end for one of the nation’s most potent defenses … Tallied 56 total tackles (32 solo) which ranked tops on the team among defensive linemen … Had a breakout game at Arkansas State (Sept. 12) with 4.5 tackles for loss, the most in a single game by a Tiger since DE Stryker Sulak had five in 2008 vs. Illinois … Added two of his seven sacks in that game and posted two more QB hurries and six tackles in that game … Had a career-high nine tackles with a sack at Georgia (Oct. 17) … Totaled multiple tackles-for-loss in nine of 12 Mizzou games in 2015 … Had three tackles-for-loss and a sack to go along with three tackles at Vanderbilt (Oct. 24) … Also forced a fumble in that game, one of two forced fumbles on the season … His other forced fumble came in the season-opener vs. SEMO (Sept. 5) … Had a streak of four consecutive games with a sack beginning with the Florida contest (Oct. 10) … Tallied a career-high four QB hurries in Mizzou’s win over BYU (Nov. 14) at Arrowhead Stadium … Had his second-best tackle outing of the season against Tennessee (Nov. 21) when he posted seven, including 1.5 tackles-for-loss and a pass break-up.Â
2014 SEASONÂ
Played in all 14 games, starting one for the Tigers ... Tallied 19 tackles, 4.0 tackles for loss, 2.0 sacks, a pair of pass break-ups and four quarterback hurries while backing up All-SEC defensive ends Shane Ray and Markus Golden ... Credited with a QB pressure in the SEC title game against Alabama ... Tallied a career-high four tackles in his lone start of the season against Indiana (Sept. 20), filling in for an injured Markus Golden ... One of his tackles against Indiana was a sack, the first of his career ... Had a career-best 2,0 tackles for loss against Georgia (Oct. 11) ... Tallied his second sack of the season against Georgia. Also made the 2013-14 SEC First-Year Academic Honor Roll

A multisport in-state athlete who excelled on the basketball court for Lincoln Prep High School in Kansas City brings his talents to the gridiron for Mizzou ... recorded 60 tackles, 12.0 sacks and two forced fumbles as a senior in 2012 ... also snagged 15 passes for 285 yards and five touchdowns ... recognized to the Missouri Football Coaches Association’s All-Kansas City Metro third team at defensive end ... named league defensive MVP for Lincoln Prep head coach Allen Lee ... notched 40 tackles and 6.0 sacks as a junior in 2011 ... on the hardwood, earned first team All-Interscholastic League and Player of the Year honors as a junior in 2011-12.
