Played in 11 games as a junior, posting 17 tackles (14 solo) with 2.5 tackles for loss, one pass deflection and a forced fumble … Made a season-high six tackles (five solo) against Tennessee (11/23) and had five (four solo) against West Virginia (9/7) … Added three tackles (all solo) against Southeast Missouri (9/14) … Had one tackle against Troy (10/5), at Vanderbilt (10/19) and at No. 4 Georgia (11/9) … Posted a career-high 2.5 tackles for loss and broke up a pass against West Virginia … Forced the first fumble of his career in Mizzou’s 34-14 win over South Carolina (9/21).
2018 SEASON
Injuries limited his contributions in the last half of the season, but he still managed to rank sixth on the team with 38 tackles in just eight games played … Missed the last five games of the year due to a bruised leg sustained in practice midway through the season … Added 2.5 tackles for loss, one interception, two pass break-ups and a quarterback pressure … Made a career-high 11 tackles, many coming against his older brother Jared, in Mizzou’s 40-37 win at Purdue (9/15), with 10 of those 11 stops being solo … Tallied six solo tackles against No. 2 Georgia (9/22) … Made seven stops at South Carolina (10/6) and added five more against No. 16 Kentucky (10/27) … Made a momentum-changing play on Homecoming against Memphis (10/20) when he jumped a back-shoulder throw on the boundary to grab an interception … One play later, the Tiger offense was in the endzone to score a touchdown that keyed Mizzou’s 65-33 win.
2017 SEASON
Athletic corner back prospect who quickly became a major impact player for the Tigers, in spite of his youth and inexperience at the collegiate level ... Worked his way into the starting line-up as a true freshman for the final eight games of the year, and that coincided with the resurgence of the defense having more success as the team strung together its impressive six-game win streak to close the regular season ... Played in all 13 games and made 34 tackles on the season (21 solo) and ranked second on the team with four pass break-ups while tying for the team lead with two interceptions ... His picks came in consecutive road games late in the season at Vanderbilt (11/18) and at Arkansas (11/24), as he helped the Tigers achieve bowl eligibility ... His two interceptions set the school record for most in a season by a true freshman ... Had a big stretch of activity when he made 20 tackles combined in a four-game stretch in October, including a season-high six tackles at Kentucky (10/7), followed by five each at Georgia (10/14) and at home against Idaho (10/21) ...
