• Went 7-for-30 (.233) in seven fall games, knocking in two RBIs.
• Drew four walks and a hit by pitch to bring his OBP up to .343.
• Went 2-for-2 on steal attempts.

2016

• Went 0-for-7 in six games, including one start, as a sophomore.
• Lone start came against Youngstown State (3/12) and he went 0-for-2.

2015

• Appeared in six games as a Tiger
• Recorded one hit in seven at bats, also recording an RBI along with it as he drove in the go-ahead run in a Sunday win over Florida. 

High School

• First Team All-Conference and First Team All-Area while earning honorable mention All-State honors
• Selected to participate in the State All-Star Game, representing the North Team.
• Broke the School Record for consecutive games with a hit. 
• Helped Munster High School to a 27-3 record, the best in program history and also helped the team score the most 10-run games in school history
• Hit .460 with nine homers his senior year and was a career .380 hitter with 15 homers for Munster High School. 
• Was a member of Munster High School's student government.

Personal

• Born Jan. 4, 1995, to parents Martin and Cynthia Del Rio in Hammond, Ind.
• Father, Martin, was drafted out of high school and played baseball at Arizona State University.
• Plans to major in programming.
