2020 Fan Guidelines

INTRODUCTION
Mizzou Athletics is diligently working with University leadership, the Southeastern Conference, NCAA, and with the advisement of public health officials on developing a plan for a safe return to intercollegiate athletics competition this fall. The information below is meant to serve as a general guide, additional details will be released at a later time.
There is no playbook for the evolving health crisis our country is going through. Now more than ever, fans are asked to take initiative and support public health efforts by conscientiously maintaining physical distance, practicing good hand hygiene and using a face covering.
All fans who display any symptoms linked to Covid-19, who have been in contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with Covid-19, or suspect they may be infected, should stay home and contact their doctor.
Mizzou Athletics developed the following Return to Game Day Guidelines listed below to ensure the best possible outcome for the health and safety of our student-athletes, coaches, staff, visiting teams, fans and community. The measures listed below are based on current information available and are subject to change as information continues to become available.
RETURN TO GAMEDAY STADIUM GUIDELINES
Capacity
Mizzou Athletics is taking guidance from local, state and federal guidelines and operate at a limited capacity for all 2020 home games.
- All standing room only sections have been eliminated.
- Total stadium capacity is estimated to be in the range of 20% to 25%.
Cashless
- In an effort to reduce contact with the exchange of cash or coins, all concession stands and ticket office locations will be cashless.
- Please come prepared to use your debit or credit card at all point of sales.
Communication
- Stadium Signage: Interior and exterior signage will be placed throughout Memorial Stadium to display spectator zones, encourage physical distancing of six feet, remind guests to wear face coverings and direct one-way traffic patterns to eliminate cross over when feasible.
- In-Game Video/Audio: In-game video and audio systems provide informative messages.
- Media: Traditional and social media outlets will communicate informative messages before arrival.
Disinfecting
Enhanced disinfecting practices are being implemented in common areas, high contact surfaces and restrooms.
Face Coverings
- Face coverings (over the nose and mouth) will be required at all times.
- All stadium workers and athletics staff will be required to complete a daily health screening and wear face coverings at all times.
- A face covering can be made of cloth or other soft or permeable material, without holes.
- If choosing to wear a cloth face covering, it is recommended that they be made with at least 2 layers of fabric.
- Neither a clear face shield nor a face covering with exhalation valves or vents meet the face covering requirements.

Mizzou Athletics will provide additional hand sanitizer stations throughout the concourse at Faurot Field. Additional signage will be installed to encourage proper hand washing techniques. Guests are strongly encouraged to abide by the following guidelines:
- Frequently wash your hands (with soap and water for at least 20 seconds) throughout the day. If soap and water are not readily available, you can use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains 60%-95% alcohol.
- Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your sleeve (not your hands) when coughing or sneezing.
- Throw used tissues in the trash.
- Wash your hands with soap and water immediately after coughing, sneezing or blowing your nose.

Ticketing
Mizzou Athletics previously announced that ticketing for home football, men's basketball and women's basketball games will fully transition to a digital system starting this fall. The new model stresses the importance of safety, ease and convenience as the mobile entry procedures will cut down on hand-to-hand contact, limit time spent entering Mizzou's venues and provide a more secure way for fans to hold onto their tickets on game day.
- Mobile tickets for Mizzou Football are available to be downloaded using the official Mizzou Athletics app. The app is available in both the Google Play and iOS App stores.
- Printed PDF tickets WILL NOT be accepted for admittance.
- To guarantee a smooth entry, please download the Mizzou Athletics app and your tickets prior to arriving at the stadium.
