USA Softball was in action last Friday (June 13) in Lynchburg, Va., with its group of selection camp invitees sweeping the Central Virginia All-Stars in a doubleheader (10-2, 6-0).
Former Mizzou standouts
Nicole Hudson and
Rhea Taylor figured into the action, as they both look to make the 2014 roster (announced June 22). More about the Selection Camp can be read

Hudson doubled in the bottom of the sixth inning to drive in Team USA's final run of the 10-2 win.

Hudson pinch hit and recorded a sacrifice fly. Taylor singled and stole a base for Team USA's efforts. She also led the Red, White & Blue with two runs scored.
