HIGH SCHOOL

A first team all-conference selection at running back for Lee's Summit West High School and head coach Royce Boehm ... served as team captain as a senior in 2009 ... rushed for more than 1,400 yards and scored 20 touchdowns in his final high school season ... received honorable mention all-conference recognition as a junior in 2008 ... helped Lee's Summit West to the 2007 Missouri Class 4 State Championship ... also ran hurdles for the school's track and field squad.
