Cicciolini and Frost are two of 20 individuals nationally to earn the recognition.
COLUMBIA, Mo. – University of Missouri track and field's Skylar Ciccolini and baseball's Isaiah Frost have been named to the 2025-26 Allstate National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA) Good Works Team (Spring), as announced Tuesday by Allstate and NACDA.
The Allstate NACDA Good Works Team recognizes 20 student-athletes nationally across all divisions who excel in athletics, academics and community service. The spring team was selected from a pool of 137 nominees and features 10 men and 10 women representing sports across the collegiate landscape.
The Allstate NACDA Good Works Team was created to spotlight student-athletes for their meaningful contributions to their communities. Honorees receive a monetary contribution from Allstate to support their service efforts.
A graduate student in outdoor track and field, Ciccolini has dedicated extensive time to supporting underserved populations in the Columbia community. She has logged hundreds of service hours with Turning Point Homeless Center, organizing "Someone Else's Shoes," a multi-year shoe drive that has collected more than 300 pairs of shoes for individuals experiencing homelessness. In addition to her work with Turning Point, Ciccolini has contributed to food insecurity relief efforts, youth mentorship initiatives and community outreach through local schools and service organizations.
On the track, Ciccolini is enjoying a standout 2026 campaign, highlighted by a victory at the Yellow Jacket Invitational with a personal-best javelin throw of 57.45 meters (188-6), which ranks among the top marks nationally this season. She also earned SEC Co-Field Athlete of the Week honors on March 24 and has helped lead Missouri's women's javelin group to a No. 1 national ranking during the early portion of the outdoor season.
Frost, a graduate student on the Missouri baseball team, has made a significant impact through youth mentorship and community engagement. He serves as a recess and lunch mentor at Columbia Public Schools, working directly with elementary students, and participates in school welcome-back events, holiday outreach initiatives and Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service programming.
In addition to his work in local schools, Frost has contributed through Mizzou Athletics and community organizations, volunteering with food banks, youth programs and other service initiatives. A multi-year Dean's List student and SEC Academic Honor Roll selection, he has demonstrated leadership both in the classroom and in the community. On the diamond, Frost has made 16 starts and played in 27 games this spring for the Tigers, batting .262 with a home run, a pair of triples and three doubles. The redshirt senior has driven in 13 runs and scored 17 times himself, adding four stolen bases
The Allstate NACDA Good Works Team builds on the legacy of the Allstate AFCA Good Works Team and was established to honor student-athletes across all sports and divisions for their leadership, character and service. Since its launch, only 20 student-athletes have been selected each season across fall, winter and spring.
