
Women's Basketball to Host No. 16 Oklahoma Sunday

COLUMBIA, Mo. – University of Missouri women's basketball will take on No. 16 Oklahoma for the second time this season at 1 p.m. on Sunday at Mizzou Arena. The game will be broadcast on SEC Network.
Missouri (13-13, 2-9 SEC) recently secured a road victory over Texas A&M on Sunday.
Sophomore guard Grace Slaughter led the Tigers with 29 points in the win.
Sophomore guard Abbey Schreacke notched 10 points, two rebounds and a steal.
Schreacke is third in the SEC with 57 3-pointers this season. With the 57 triples, the sophomore is third among all program sophomores for 3-pointers made in a season.
Schreacke also ranks seventh in the SEC in 3-point percentage (38.5)
Slaughter leads the Tigers with 15.5 points per game this season and ranks sixth in the conference in free throw percentage at 85.0.
Junior guard Ashton Judd is contributing 13.2 points per game in SEC play
Redshirt-sophomore guard Averi Kroenke ranks fifth in the SEC and 21st in the country with a 2.55 assist-to-turnover ratio. Kroenke recorded a career-high eight assists against Tennessee on Feb. 2
As a team, the Tigers are second in the SEC and are 11th nationally in 3-point percentage at 37.5 percent.
Oklahoma enters Sunday at 18-6, including a 6-5 mark against conference opponents.
The game will mark the 61st meeting between the teams with Oklahoma leading the all-time series 31-29. Oklahoma previously defeated Missouri this season on Jan. 16.
The Sooners are coached by Jennie Baranczyk who is in her fourth season at the helm with a 92-32 overall record.
Missouri is 3-13 against teams ranked No. 16 in the AP Top 25 with the last win coming against Vanderbilt on Jan. 30, 2014.
