COLUMBIA, Mo. – The University of Missouri Swim and Dive program welcomed 18 incoming freshmen to the program during Wednesday's 2024 National Signing Day. The 14 swimmers and four divers include six top 250 recruits on both the men's and women's side according to Swimcloud's recruiting rankings.
The men's team signs three swimmers who rank at the top in their respective states, most notably Missouri's no. 1 overall recruit Matthew Judkins, reigning from Chaminade College Prep in St. Louis.
Connor Boatright and Griffin Craig, the top recruits in Arkansas and Oklahoma, respectively, join Judkins in their commitment to Mizzou.
The women's side adds two highly touted swimmers from out west, including Phoenix, Ariz. native Danielle Gleeson, the no. 104 overall recruit specializing in freestyle events. From West Linn, Ore., Maeve DeYoung also signed with MU, her specialty being the backstroke.
