Dixon Receives SEC Preseason Honors

COLUMBIA, Mo. - The University of Missouri senior Anna Dixon was named to the 2022 Preseason Volleyball All-Southeastern Conference Team, announced Monday by the league office.
This marks Dixon first preseason All-SEC honor as fourteen total student-athletes across the league were selected to this year's squad.
Dixon established herself as a dominant player last season leading the Tigers in kills with 380 and averaging a team-high 3.89 points per set. Dixon also ranked tenth overall among the SEC in points and kills.
Following the 2021 campaign, Dixon received an invitation to the Women's National Team Open Program in Colorado Springs, Colo. where she trained and competed with some of the top collegiate players in the country. Following the National Team Open Program, she was selected to the 2022 U.S. Women's Collegiate National Team.
